Summary: Our Operations Assistant position will be responsible for performing duties in support of our Operations team. The incumbent is expected to consistently demonstrate a professional demeanor, respond effectively, even under pressure, and be service oriented, actively seeking ways to help peers and leaders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist our Operations team with timely and accurate completion of billing processes Maintain and prepare various operational reports as requested by the DVP/RVP Ownership for report tracking Support audits as needed Assists with conducting team member training for new and current employees Maintain confidentiality of Reliant Rehabilitation, facility, and patient information Participate in facility and departmental meetings as appropriate. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times. Must adhere to the policies, principles, and guidance within the Employee Handbook and Code of Business Conduct.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, desire for accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency. Highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented. Positive attitude and pleasant disposition are a must. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work up to 30 hours per week at times.
Computer Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Basic Internet navigation skills
