Overview

Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Chief People Officer, and will lead a team of recruiters, manage targeted recruitment efforts, and partner across the organization to identify, engage, and select the high-quality talent needed to grow our thriving business across the US. In addition to leading a team of approximately five recruiters, this role will lead projects that contribute to and improve the Talent Acquisition function.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of recruiters and oversee recruitment efforts for various therapy roles across the Reliant enterprise
  • Apply recruiting best practices and deliver a five-star candidate experience
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team member’s capabilities on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Partner with hiring managers to define selection processes specific to job needs
  • Anticipate recruiting issues and/or barriers and be ready to respond immediately and proactively, while staying focused on recruitment outcomes and targets.
  • Utilize sourcing skills to search for passive candidates and build future candidate pipelines
  • Coach and train hiring managers on talent acquisition processes, systems, and best practices
  • Lead Talent Acquisition projects to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and team functions
  • Must Conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times
  • Must adhere to the policies, principles, and guidance within the Employee Handbook and Code of Business Conduct

Location

  • This position will be required to work in Plano, TX (Hybird)

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Healthcare experience required
  • Talent Acquisition Management experience requiredBachelor’s degree in human resources, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Must be customer-centric, have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be a team- player
  • Technology proficient, tracking systems, onboarding platforms, SharePoint and Excel

 

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point,)
  • Strong internet navigation skills a must
  • Reporting and overall analytical skills a must
  • Expert understanding and experience with LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards
  • Proficient knowledge of ATS/CRM systems, preferably iCIMS experience
